Theatergeschichten aus 200 Jahren verbergen sich in den Tiefen des Archivs. Der Band versammelt Perspektiven von Theaterschaffenden und Wissenschaftlerinnen auf einzelne Objekte der Theatersammlung des Kleist-Museums. Außerdem enthält er Interviews mit den international arbeitenden Regisseuren Holk Freytag, Matthias Langhoff, Armin Petras und Claus Peymann sowie dem Bühnenbildner Martin Fischer.
